The space

This well located spacious two bedroom condo, is few steps away from 5th Avenue ideal for a family or group of friends who want comfort at an unbeatable price. Located on the 5th floor, the balcony has great views of the city as well as a football stadium. 
Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom, balcony, Smart Tv and Air Conditioning. 
The fully equipped kitchen is great to cook a simple or more elaborate meal. If you don’t feel like cooking, there is a great variety of restaurants within walking distance.
The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit and ironing board. 

The gorgeous pool located on the rooftop, only one level above the condo, has stunning views of the city. On the rooftop there is also a gym and little bar area, great if you’re hosting a get together. 

The building is located between 10th and 15th Avenue, only steps away from the famous and vibrant pedestrian 5th Avenue and the beach is less than a 7 minute walk! Marea 34 area is very safe and there is 24h security. For your convenience, there is also underground parking.
